Experienced Architect

Fair Construction & Real Estate is a fast-growing design-and-build company delivering highquality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Somaliland. We are seekinga full-time Architect who wants to be part of a growing company, contribute to its standards andsystems, and grow alongside the business over the long term.This role is ideal for an architect who is hands-on, technically strong, and motivated byresponsibility, ownership, and long-term career progression. The ideal candidate will be aqualified architect who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD. This candidate shouldhave an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligentlycommunicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also beable to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations arebeing followed.The ideal Candidate- Wants to build a long-term career within one organisation- Is motivated by being part of a company in its growth phase- Enjoys taking ownership and contributing beyond basic design delivery- Works comfortably with construction teams and site engineers- Understands that strong performance leads to greater responsibility and financial upsideResponsibilities• Create plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of project• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create idealfinished product• Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards• Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets• Deliver architectural design from concept stage through to full constructiondocumentation• Produce high-quality 3D interior and exterior renders for client presentations andapprovals• Prepare complete architectural drawing packages including floor plans, site plans,sections, elevations, and details• Prepare and coordinate MEP drawings for residential projects including electrical,plumbing, HVAC, and drainage• Develop and coordinate structural drawings in collaboration with the structural engineer• Prepare finishing schedules, material specifications, and design details• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and site personnel throughout the projectlifecycle• Provide ongoing design and technical support during construction stages
