The role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing operations and includes responsibility for bank-related import processes and close coordination with freight forwarders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Manage local procurement of materials, consumables, and services• Handle foreign procurement of spare parts, including communication with overseas suppliers• Manage all bank-related processes for foreign procurement, including import and payment documentation• Coordinate daily with freight forwarders and logistics partners to track shipments, follow up on delays, and ensure timely delivery of goods to the Prime Packaging warehouse• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery reliability• Procure and manage production consumables required for continuous operations• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and finance teams• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and performance tracking• Support cost control initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement planning
