CCECC has been actively engaged in infrastructure development in Africa, contributing to regional connectivity and sustainable economic growth.CCECC – DRC Road Project is currently recruiting experienced Engineers and Foremen to join our project team in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).The project includes major road and bridge infrastructure works in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including the Luapula Cable-Stayed Bridge Project, a landmark cross-border bridge with a total length of 362 meters and a main span of 184 meters. It is the first steel cable-stayed bridge in both Zambia and the DRC.The project portfolio covers the construction of a 93-kilometer two-lane asphalt concrete road and supporting border infrastructure in the Kasenga area, aimed at improving cross-border transportation efficiency and regional connectivity.Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:Organize and direct all on-site masonry-related works (such as masonry, plastering, and finish installation) in strict accordance with construction drawings, ensuring the achievement of project quality, schedule, and safety targets.Manage and guide teams ensure effective coordination and workflow handover with other trades such as rebar, formwork, and steel structure work.Accurately propose masonry material plans in advance based on the construction schedule, and supervise material usage to prevent waste.Organize and direct all on-site masonry-related works (such as masonry, plastering, and finish installation) in strict accordance with construction drawings, ensuring the achievement of project quality, schedule, and safety targets.Manage and guide teams ensure effective coordination and workflow handover with other trades such as rebar, formwork, and steel structure work.Accurately propose masonry material plans in advance based on the construction schedule, and supervise material usage to prevent waste.Salary: USD 500 – 1,500 / month
