The role focuses on improving production efficiency, product quality, and operational performance through advanced engineering analysis and process innovation.The position requires strong expertise in process simulation, engineering design, and process control. The Senior Engineer plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring that processes are efficient, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals.Key responsibilities:· Lead the design and development of manufacturing processes and systems.· Develop and review engineering drawings and designs using CAD software.· Conduct advanced process simulation and analysis to optimize production efficiency.· Analyze production data and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.· Apply advanced knowledge of heat and mass balance, process control, and unit operations.· Design and implement effective process control strategies for stable operations.· Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex process-related issues.· Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve overall plant performance.· Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.· Prepare detailed technical reports, process documentation, and project plans.· Lead commissioning, testing, and validation of new equipment and processes.· Ensure compliance with safety standards, engineering codes, and operational procedures
