Assistant Resident Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Assist the Resident Engineer in supervising daily construction activities.Ensure that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards.Monitor contractor performance, workmanship, and material quality.Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.Coordinate with site engineers, inspectors, contractors, and stakeholders.Support in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.Follow up on project schedules and identify potential delays.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality management requirements.Assist in resolving technical issues and communicating decisions to the contractor.Maintain proper documentation and support in preparing payment certificates and reports.Location: Somali Region – Dolo AdoEmployment Type: ContractExperience Required: Minimum 4 (Four) Years in a Consulting RoleSalary:Negotiable
