Contract Type: Fixed term (aligned with project duration)The Deforestation-Free Supply Chain Expert will providetechnical leadership and market systems expertiseto design, implement, and scale supply chains that are sustainable, traceable, and compliant with international standards.This role is central to ensuring HARNESS deliversdeforestation-free value chainsthat meet global market requirements while supporting Ethiopia’s sustainable forest and landscape management. By aligning producers, enterprises, and markets, the position will help establish ascalable model for sustainable trade and climate-resilient livelihoods. The role requires deep knowledge of agricultural and forest-based value chains, experience with traceability and certification systems, and strong engagement with private sector actors and market regulators.
