The successful candidate will ensure accurate charging, billing, mediation, rating, and customer relationship management across prepaid and postpaid services within a unified billing environment.Key Responsibilities·Support billing, charging, CRM, mediation, and customer management systems.·Ensure accurate billing and revenue assurance processes.·Configure and maintain prepaid/postpaid operations including tariff and bundle configurations.·Support order management and customer provisioning workflows.·Collaborate with finance and customer care teams to resolve billing-related issues.·Troubleshoot OSS/BSS incidents and perform root-cause analysis.·Monitor system performance and implement improvements.·Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.·Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.·Perform UAT/ATP testing during deployment and post Go-Live activities.·Work with vendors and internal stakeholders during implementation projects.·Ensure systems comply with security, availability, and performance standards.·Provide technical support during maintenance windows and outages.
