Operations Manager

Job Summary Key Responsibilities Oversee warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations. Ensure proper inventory management and stock control. Coordinate transportation and movement of imported goods. Supervise receiving, storage, inspection, and dispatch activities. Monitor operational efficiency, safety, and workflow performance. Lead and supervise warehouse and logistics staff. Prepare operational reports and updates for management. Job Requirement Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, with managerial experience preferred. Prior experience in a coffee warehouse is strongly preferred. Candidate must reside in or near the Kality area. Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
